Brent's Leadership and Management course

Goals

Structure

8x 3h sessions, split into 3x leadership sessions and 4x management sessions with 30m breaks after 90m

Every section will include worked examples from Brent and each participant will share examples for us to explore and judge. We will consider alternatives and look into why some alternative approaches are just not as good.

Every section will explore the psychology behind it, as well as shorthand mechanisms you can use to apply the learnings every day.

Management

Management is flow control for a company. It's configuring the control mechanisms that ensure that information and outcomes are flowing within a business and how they impact customers and the world outside.
